We can do, yes. Our specialism is however full garden transformations. We create gardens. A garden is a diverse, well-considered space. It is like adding extra room (or more) to your house. A patio is often an important element of this. We want to make your garden the best it can be.
-
Installing a garden is different to having a kitchen, a bathroom or carpets fitted. The groundworks involve tens of tonnes of earth and aggregate moving. We always protect your property and use grab lorries for efficiency. When works are complete, our policy is one of ‘leave no trace’. We will work with you to minimise disruption during your garden creation.

Well, it depends. Do you want a Ferrari or a Ford Fiesta? Either way, a job done well is not ‘cheap’. It is an investment. If a jobs worth doing, its worth doing well… not twice!
Generally we find a useful number to consider as a benchmark is £120 - £300 per m2.
For the sake of comparison… a kitchen can cost £1000 - £3000 per m2
A bathroom typically costs £500 - £1000 per m2,
So, perhaps the short answer is… YES! Landscaping your garden is a cost effective way to add value to your home.

It is a case of ‘what lies beneath’. Its mostly in the preparation. We use non-woven membrane to seperate and stabilise the subbase. We use Type 1 MOT compacted in layersc for strength. We lay on full contact mortar beds, or reinforced concrete slabs… to which the paving slabs are bonded with industry leading primers. We adjust this, our standard method, to suit soil conditions in your garden.

Most of our projects are within 5-10 miles of Crewe… so, between Nantwich and Congleton. We have also worked in Holmes Chapel and Winsford. We are always keen to take on new and exciting projects, so if you are a little bit further away - please do make contact.
-
We have to operate on a staged payment basis. So, for example. Once groundworks are complete… once another week of work is completed… then final payment at the end. Typically, goods and materials make up roughly 70% of a projects value… our margins are tight, so we simply don’t have the financial reserves to fully finance most projects.
-
Currently, unfortunately this is not something we are able to offer… but we hope to in the very near future.

We have a core team of 3 people. We work with trusted subcontractors where necessary, for example for brick work and walling or electrical installations. All are vetted and trusted partners with whom Goodwin Gardens Ltd liaises with, so you only have 1 point of contact to deliver your garden transformation.
